The last few weeks I’ve been LOVING creating galaxy looks in my bullet journal layouts with my Tombow pens, and it was time to create a video to share how I do it. Take a look at how you can also recreate the galaxy look in your own bullet journal layout.

How to: Create Galaxy Bullet Journal Layouts
- Rhodia Hardcover
- Tombow Galaxy Set
- Sarasa felt tip (which I actually am struggling to find, anywhere!)
Step one: Decide on your layout, and put dots to indicate the structure you’re drawing and painting around. Scribble on the ink from each of the Tombow brush pens onto a plastic cover or the blending palette.
Step two: Using the lightest color (in this case, pink), paint on the borders all around
Step three: Using the next lightest color (here, fuschia), start painting in random sections of the border, blending it together with the clear blending brush. You can blend the fuschia stroke itself or dab the blender into the scribbles you put on the plastic cover and paint the color on
Step four: Repeat with the dark purple and black.
Step five: Touch up with the blender and extra ink colors as necessary to get the look you want
Step six: Using the white Uniball Signo gel pen, draw lines across the layout
Step seven: Using the white gel pen, add dots all across the layout
Optional: add an ADORABLE SQUISHY KITTY!!!
…I am not sorry, but it’s SO CUTE.
Please tag me if you try it!!! What do you think?
