My August Bullet Journal Setup

Crazy to believe it but this marks about a YEAR of me blogging about the bullet journal and hand lettering. I started this endeavor a year ago as a way to add my voice to a budding bullet journal community through the #PlanWithMeChallenge. Over the next twelve months I could not have anticipated what would unfold for me. This community has given me so much and it’s time to celebrate with a giveaway!
I’ve learned so much about not only the community but myself as well. There were things I NEVER imagined would be possible and day after day it slowly was. It only makes sense to go back to my roots for this giveaway – featuring Foxy Fix, May Designs, and JetPens. Once I settled on the traveler’s notebook system, I discovered and loved Foxy Notebook covers as an easy way to organize my chaos. I really want to learn new styles of handwriting. I have found it to be very overwhelming. Any advice on breaking it down or a better approach?
Following blogs like you is an encouragement for me to pursue calligraphy. What is your favorite calligraphy style? What is more easier for beginners – pointed pen or brush pens?

I am intrgued by the idea of using multiple books. Do you always do rapid logging in one book and then transfer during your review process or are you actively logging in all 3?

Love your blog, particularly that you journal in a traveler’s notebook. I find this can be a little bulky compared to a bound journal. Is the modular nature of it worth the extra bulk in your purse?

Happy Blogiversary! I sort of gave up on my habit tracker after about 3 months, it just doesn’t seem to be working for me. Should I just give it up or do you have any ideas to make habit tracking less of a chore? (I used to keep my whole habit tracker for the month on one page)
